Female leadership
We help raise awareness of and acknowledge leadership from a gender perspective, elevating female leadership through the incorporation of conversational and relationship building tools. This program is taught by Senior Coaches with specific training in female leadership.
Somatic-emotional program
We provide somatic-emotional methodologies that deliver relationship management tools. The body is a witness to everything we feel and think; exploring it through these experiences gives us valuable information to enhance and strengthen our interpersonal skills.
Emotional management for team care
A program to learn and practice the necessary tools to understand, accompany, and support teams with change management.
Coaching Certification
A 8-month program for Ontological Coach certification:
- Identify conversations as the axis that enables the generation of new realities within the systems in which they participate, as well as in their relationships with others.
- Understand the foundations of the «Active Observer» to acquire conversational skills aimed at obtaining new and satisfactory results for a better quality of life.
- Value the importance of emotions in people’s behavior and their interaction with other individuals and systems, and to understand their dynamics and how to maintain emotional mastery in balance.
- Incorporate learnings related to the somatic space. The body is an integral part of our being and is an honest witness to our emotions, silences, and thoughts.
- Breathing and mindfulness techniques.
Advanced coaching training
This program is a proposal for certified coaches who want to improve their coaching skills by adding a more holistic view of the challenges of life. A program to continue growing and learning how to incorporate a coaching approach based on compassionate presence.
Mindfulness
It has been proven that mindfulness is a practice that helps reduce stress and anxiety, improves concentration and memory, increases resilience, enhances interpersonal relationships, and increases overall well-being. At Adaggio, we teach how to practice it.
Executive ontological coaching
Executive ontological coaching enables transformation in individuals and teams. The program is led by Senior-Level coaches with professional experience in leading organizations.
This change tool addresses the human barrier that transformation and performance level modification initiatives face. We focus on structural and ingrained behavior patterns, generating change in a short time period.
Team coaching
Team coaching focuses on the development of skills, competencies, and team dynamics. A senior team coach focuses on identifying challenges, improving communication, collaboration, and joint decision-making. The main goal of team coaching is to improve the team’s ability to function effectively.
Team building
The main goal of team building is to improve interpersonal relationships within the team and foster a positive work environment. Team building and team coaching are intervention models that are often used together as part of the same transformation process within a team.
Shadow coaching
Shadow coaching is a technique where a senior coach, with experience in team coaching, accompanies the leader in their daily work, observing, providing feedback, and conducting individual executive coaching interventions to help the leader in their learning and development.
Coaching for female leaders
Senior female coaches with training in female leadership accompany women in coaching processes within organizations.
